Client Service Policy, Payment Terms & Work Delivery Process
This policy explains the workflow, payment stages, revision limits, and delivery process for all design, 3D visualization, and working drawing services by Point Design Studio.
1. Service Scope Policy
Point Design Studio provides professional services for:

Our services are mainly design and visualization based. Execution, contractor work, material purchase, labour supervision, and vendor guarantees are not included unless clearly mentioned in the quotation.
2. Client Input Policy
Before starting the project, the client must provide available project information such as:

Required rooms or areas

Existing site photos or videos

Required 3D views

Required deadline
If the client provides only a floor plan and reference images, the work will be treated as Design Direction + 3D Visualization, not only 3D rendering.
This is because design decisions such as furniture proportion, material direction, wall treatment, lighting mood, and styling need to be developed by Point Design Studio.
3. Client Category Policy
Category A: 3D Visualization Only
This applies when the client already has a final design.

Category B: Design Direction + 3D Visualization
This applies when the client provides only plan and references, but the design is not fully finalized.

In this case, a design direction fee will be charged along with 3D view charges.
Category C: Full Interior Design Package
This applies when the client needs full design support.

Pricing is based on room package or per sq.ft rate.
4. Quotation Policy
Every quotation will mention:

Any work not mentioned in the quotation will be treated as additional scope and will be charged separately.
5. Payment Policy
Work will begin only after advance payment is received.

100% payment before consultation.
3D Visualization

30% after concept/layout approval

Full Home Design

6. Work Start Policy
Work starts only after:

Scope is confirmed

Verbal confirmation will not be considered final without advance payment.
7. Design Development Policy
The design will be developed according to the approved scope, client brief, references, and design direction.
The client should review and approve each stage carefully.
Once a stage is approved, major changes in the same stage will be treated as additional work.
8. Revision Policy
The quotation includes limited revisions.
Standard revision limit:

2 minor revision rounds for 3D views

2 layout/concept revision rounds for design projects
Minor revisions may include:

Major revisions are chargeable.

Any major change after approval will be charged separately.
9. Timeline Policy
The project timeline depends on:

If client feedback is delayed, the final delivery timeline will also shift.
If there is no response from the client for more than 7 days, the project may be placed on hold.
Urgent delivery may include additional charges.
10. Delivery Policy

High-resolution final files will be shared only after full payment is completed.
11. Open File Policy
Open files such as:

Open files will be shared only if clearly mentioned in the quotation and charged separately.
12. Site Visit Policy
Site visits are chargeable unless included in the quotation.
Site visit charges may include:

Additional site visits beyond the included number will be charged separately.
13. Execution Support Policy
Point Design Studio can provide design and drawing support for execution.
However, unless execution is specifically included in the quotation, Point Design Studio is not responsible for:

Contractor workmanship

Labour delay
-
Material quality
-
Vendor payment
-
Site damage
-
Waterproofing issues
-
Civil structural issues
-
Final site finishing problems
Execution responsibility remains with the client, contractor, or execution agency.
14. Cancellation Policy
If the client cancels the project after work has started, the advance payment is non-refundable.
If extra work has already been completed beyond the advance amount, the client must clear the balance payment before receiving any completed files.
15. Hold Policy
If the client pauses the project due to personal reasons, site delay, or approval delay, the project can be kept on hold.
If the hold period is more than 30 days, revised timeline and additional restart charges may apply.
16. Communication Policy
Official communication should happen through WhatsApp, email, or written message.
Important approvals should be confirmed in writing.
Verbal changes discussed on call should be confirmed by message to avoid confusion.
17. Final Approval Policy
Before final delivery, the client must check:

After final approval and file delivery, any new change will be treated as additional work.
18. Final Note
Point Design Studio works with a clear process so that the client gets better design clarity, realistic visualization, and smooth project understanding before execution.
