Point Design Studio provides interior design consultation, design direction, 3D visualization, working drawings, material mood direction, and design presentation support for homeowners, architects, interior designers, and contractors.

2. Do you provide only 3D rendering?

Yes, we provide 3D rendering, but only when the design is already finalized. If the client has only a plan and reference images, the work is considered Design Direction + 3D Visualization because design decisions are also required.

3. What is the difference between 3D Visualization Only and Design Direction + 3D Visualization?

3D Visualization Only means the client already has a final design, layout, materials, and details.

Design Direction + 3D Visualization means the client provides only a plan and reference images, and we help develop the visual design direction, material mood, furniture proportion, and final 3D presentation.

4. What information do you need before giving a quotation?

We usually need the floor plan, site photos or videos, required rooms, reference images, style preference, number of 3D views, required deadline, and whether the client needs only 3D views or full design support.

5. Do you charge for consultation?

Yes. Online consultation and site visit consultation are paid services. Consultation charges depend on the project type, location, and discussion requirement.

6. What is your starting price for 3D views?

Interior 3D views start from ₹8,000 per view. Final pricing depends on design clarity, project size, view complexity, deadline, and quality level.

7. What if I have only a floor plan and reference images?

If you have only a floor plan and references, we can help with Design Direction + 3D Visualization. This includes design interpretation, material mood, furniture proportion, and 3D presentation.

8. Do you provide working drawings?

Yes, we provide working drawings if included in the quotation. This may include furniture drawings, wall elevations, ceiling layout, electrical point suggestion, and execution-support details.

9. Do you provide site execution also?

Our main service is design, visualization, and drawings. Execution is not included unless clearly mentioned. We can provide design support for execution, but contractor work, labour, material purchase, and vendor responsibility are separate.

10. How many revisions are included?

Usually, 2 minor revision rounds are included. Major design changes, layout changes after approval, new design options, or full redesigns are chargeable.

11. Do you start work without advance payment?

No. Work starts only after scope confirmation, quotation approval, required input files, and advance payment.

12. What is your payment process?

For 3D work, we usually take 50% advance before starting and 50% before final high-resolution delivery. For design projects, payment is divided into stages depending on scope.

13. Will I get open files?

Open files such as CAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or editable source files are not included by default. They are shared only if mentioned in the quotation and charged separately.

14. How long does a project take?

Timeline depends on project size, number of views, input clarity, revision rounds, and client feedback time. Delayed feedback from the client may shift the final delivery timeline.

15. Can you work with architects, designers, and contractors?

Yes. We provide professional design support, 3D visualization, presentation views, and working drawing support for architects, interior designers, and contractors.

16. Do you provide urgent delivery?

Urgent delivery may be possible depending on current workload. Urgent work may include additional charges.
